"My goodness, this is the worst place I have ever been! Dirty, if you want to use the toilets better bring alcohol with you and don't touch anything you don't necessarily have to. The place is not like in the pictures. Everything smells disgusting, especially the showers"

"The management are so friendly, and well mannered. My room was ideal for one (double bed), soooo clean!!! Which is great for my OCD. The communal areas were clean and well kept. They have rules regarding cooking at night as there are rooms downstairs. I arrived at 9pm and there was a shop still open with slush puppies and cotton candy! You can also hear the locals singing and drumming which is actually awesome. For what it is it's brilliant/clean and I would recommend."

"The Neville does not deserve the name hotel. It is a cheap guest house. It is in the middle of a Pakistani district and probably also of a Pakistani owner. There are Pakistani restaurants around the corner, where we have eaten delicious. Nice Pakistani clothing stores. The guests who use this guesthouse are often noisy. Our small room was next to the kitchen. Very noisy, until the middle of the night and early in the morning. The only employee there is doing his best to keep everything clean, but it is mopping with the tap open .... The guests are expected to keep the common areas clean, but that mostly does not happen."

"The only thing that prevented me from giving this place one star is that it is cheap for London and the rooms were fairly clean and the neighborhood had cheap food, etc. However, the stars went down because the room/bathroom wasn’t cleaned every day, it was pretty out of the way from the city, there was bo reception, our food was stolen from the refrigerator, and the owner or staff member, not sure, asked me a very inappropriate question. So we were not very happy with our stay."

"Didn't see much of the staff which makes sense for a guest house. The room was fine but we were on the top floor which had heavily sloped ceilings. The bathrooms left quite a bit to be desired, other occupants of the hotel has not cleared up after themselves very well."
