"Was met by polite staff that we didn't see again for four days. The room only have two working plugs out of four, it needed a good clean. We had a double bed but with two single duvets on it. The toilets needed a good clean, the shower wasn't attached to the wall, the shower head didn't stay up, the shower didn't have any sorta of temperature control other than freezing cold or boiling hot. The other guest didn't know how to close doors or clean up after themselves. The lock on the door wasn't very secure. The room was outdated. The building is based on a very nosy part of town. The shower is my biggest problem with the place."

"Their website says that the house has a living room and that, included in the rent, is regular maintenance and cleaning of common areas. This is simply NOT true. They have not cleaned the place once since I've been here. It's pretty disgusting and there is also an issue with rodents in this place. One more point to add; they should do a background check of all tenants. I was woken up at 5am the other day, by what sounded like the guy in the next room dying or having some kind of seizure. Out of concern, I knocked on his door. He opened the door, completely naked, and there was another guy (also naked) convulsing on the bed. "It's nothing to worry about. It's not alcohol or anything. I've never seen him do this before." he says, as he closes the door. I then hear him slapping the other guy a few times and, after about a minute, the convulsing stops. He later explained to me that it must have been the result of something he had taken in the club and that this is why he did not want to call an ambulance. Maybe I'm being naive but surely that's a perfect example of when you should call an ambulance. Sketchy! Avoid"
