"We wanted somewhere close to excel and this was within walking distance. Great value and clean room. Ensuite was a bit on the small side but big enough. Staff were very friendly. Recommended a very good Indian restaurant in Canary wharf. Nice breakfast in the morning. Secure parking on site. Would definitely recommend."

"This is an interesting choice, it's not stylish, quite run down in fact. The location is really convenient for the excel even though its in a quite rough spot. However, the service was great, the welcome was very sweet. Was given a free breakfast and a bottle of chilled water. For the price, this is a good choice."

"It's absolutely right for the price, good for a work trip. Very friendly staff and a warm welcome, rooms are functional and clean, it feels secure, the area is fine if you're there for work. Free parking. Don't expect a luxury hotel, but that's not how it's priced or advertised. More like an Ibis with more personality and better service."
