"What a Perfect hotel -Opposite train station and amazing for direct link to the O2. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were so friendly. They couldn’t help us enough, even the cleaning ladies were lovely. Will definitely be back to stay and cannot wait to return. Very clean room and everything we needed. Great service and very quiet considering where the hotel is located, we did not here a thing! Amazing! We also love the robotic hoovers!"

"We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again."

"I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel in Canning Town and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. At the front-of-staff desk, Curtis was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One thing that really stood out to us was the fact that we were upgraded to a bigger room for free. It was such a nice surprise and made our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The cooked breakfast buffet was also a highlight of our stay. The food was delicious and there was a great selection to choose from. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Ibis Hotel in Canning Town and would highly recommend it to others. The staff, especially Curtis, were top-notch and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"The room was very clean, modern and quiet. We have been sleeping very good. Super friendly employees and relaxed atmosphere. Public transport in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good organized, but it was just not my taste. Starbucks lays next to it. Good value for money."

"Service here is amazing - above and beyond, friendly, professional, polite and positively memorable. The rooms have most of the basics which are good, however, there are no phone in rooms, which I found odd. Despite advertising powerful showers, this is something I found to be not true. The shower had quite low pressure but was still good enough to enjoy. The bed was fine and comfortable and so were the pillows thanks to the addition of extras located in the room. Cleaning was fine but could have been more thorough. I found a stain on the 'clean' towels in the room when we arrived and hair in the new ones that were brought up after requesting another one. Location is excellent to travel into central London comfortably! All in all, a good place to stay."
