"This place is not worth the money they ask. I did not receive any communication from OYO as to how to access the property and had to call two numbers before gaining access. The flat was cold with only one very small heater. There was no hot water in either the bathroom or kitchen apart from a temperamental shower which was either red hot or too cold. The bathroom sink was disgustingly dirty with black mould and hair around it. The fridge had a tub of Lurpak butter in that was growing it’s own mould and an open pack of cheese slices. Breakfast cereals were provided but god knows how long they had been there. They were unsealed and nearly empty. There was a dirty pair of men’s shoes left on one of the drawers and left over hair products in another, obviously left by a previous occupant. I am trying to complain to OYO and get my money back but as soon as I ring to get the complaints department I get cut off."
