"Brilliant location for King's Cross Station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small but fine for a one night stay. Just a couple of easily fixed things let it down. The toilet seat didn't fit properly and the shower door wouldn't stay closed. Fix those and this would have been 5 stars no question."

"Location is great. Short walk to many restaurants. Metro is easily accessible. The train station is right there as well. Service was great. They were very kind and helpful with everything we needed. Room was big. Fit all 5 of us comfortably. We only spent 1 night as our layover, so to speak from train to plane. The floor, walls, and baseboards looked like they recently had a flood in the room. We could smell mold but couldn't place it until the next morning. If we had been staying longer than 1 night, it would have caused concerns for our health. Overall, a short stay was fine. Any longer than that wouldn't have been good"

"After reading some reviews i was hesitant on booking this hotel, but what a lovely surprise, this hotel is a skip away from kings cross and has a beautiful view, the hotel is super clean, the rooms are clean and spacious and the beds were so comfortable. On checkout they kept our bags all day and let me wait for our train in the restaurant where John and the chef treat my daughter to complimentary pizza and ice cream. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London. They made a home away from home feel homely."

"A lovely hotel. Exactly what i paid for. The bathroom was extremely clean and even had one of those bath tvs. The bed was very comfy. Close to an underground station but not too loud. Amazing location, close to things but not busy. I highly recommend."
