Premier Inn London Bank (Tower) hotel 20 Saint Mary at Hill, London EC3R 8EE

"Had a nice couple of nights stay. The staff are welcoming, able to leave luggage in storage before checking in. The room is exactly what you would expect from premier inn. Everything clean and tidy. The hairdryer is not very powerful so be mindful of that if you have longer hair. Had a quiet restful stay. Breakfast was the usual for a premier inn but was plenty there and enough choice. If you are staying more than one night they dont automatically clean your room but you can ask reception and they will do it if you ask. I think it is money saving a bit as it should be serviced daily as a standard. But overall a pleasant 2 day stay in a good central location."

"Stayed for 3 nights. I usually book to stop at Premier Inn hotels because I know what to expect. In London, I normally stop at the County Hall Premier Inn but due to the ideal location for going to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge I decided to switch it up. We booked into an accessible room to cater for my mum, which had plenty of space. The room and bathroom were clean and of the usual Premier Inn standard, can not complain for the price or location."

"I recently stayed at the hotel with my partner and staying at this hotel had a significant negative impact on our trip. When we booked the room we were made aware that we were booking an accessible, disabled room and whilst not ideal this is something we accepted. What we cannot accept however is the quality of that room. The bathroom/shower wet room was really uncomfortable to be in due to the dirty floor, marks on the wall and shower drain that was filled with hair from previous guests. This was far from a pleasant shower experience. The rest of the room wasn't particularly better quality either with the bed not being made properly upon our arrival, the carpet being dirty, rubbish on the floor of the far side of the bed and further marks on the wall. On top of this, the room was not cleaned when we were out. The makeup of the room was really poor too as it was larger due to the accessible nature but was still filled with items and furniture from a smaller room. Everything felt dated and empty meaning the room was very far from the comforting and relaxing space we had hoped to return to after a long day in the city. Outside of our bedroom other facilities in the hotel left a lot to be desired, The bar/restaurant area was untidy and had a distinctly uncomfortable smell to it and the public toilets in the hotel were of very poor quality. In the men's toilets, neither cubicle doors would shut properly and those cubicles along with the wider toilet were very unclean. If we were to have a room that had as poor quality as this, whether that be because it was a disabled-accessible room or not, then we do not expect to pay the price of a normal room. Overall due to these issues we both felt we wanted to be in the hotel for as little time as possible, which when we think about how much we paid for this stay is simply not acceptable."

"Very ideally situated for the sightseer or equally if work demands a stop over. 5 minute walk to Tower hill underground station. It was a little cool in the dining room, when I had my evening meal but value for money. Breakfast had a wide choice and ample seating however the food was not piping hot, other than that a good venue in perfect location, I would stay again!"

"Stayed here for 1 night and was very pleasant. Friendly staff and clean room and a nice breakfast. Only thing to be careful is the toilet lids are not slow closing , which make a lot of noise when shut without care. Great location to get to some nice views of London"
