"Standard no fuss Travelodge. Easy to get to from the station and staff are on hand at all hours. Some of the furniture in the room could be updated but can't complain for a cheap stay."

"The customer service is excellent, prices is really affordable and the hotel room was really clean. However, the assistant manager Ella is really helpful and friendly thank you so much. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is having a short stay in Walthamstow plus there are loads of shops/stores nearby and also train stations."

"Honestly, the hotel is pretty average, the rooms are clean but they do not clean them for you and obviously they won't change the towels unless you tell them to. The station is super close, and there's costa coffee, tesco and a lot of shops near by. Breakfast was good tho. I would recommend it if you do not want to spend a lot, otherwise, look elsewhere."

"HOTEL FROM HELL!! 1. The rooms are only cleaned every 7 days. Despite me having young children staying with me. I had to live in filth. 2. Do not come here if you have kids. There’s no mini fridge which means you have to leave your babies milk downstairs in reception. The staff drink your milk & nobody takes the accountability!!! 3. The food from the hotel comes cold in the middle because it’s premade frozen tiny little ready meals. Not worth the cost at all. Also majority of the food choices on the menu were not available for days. Also had to wait 2 hours everyday for the food to arrive on the table! 4. Only 2 people working in the whole of the hotel building ( security guard& reception lady) which means everything is slow. Would not be booking ever again. Avoid this hotel at all costs"

"Excellent customer service. Bed very comfortable. Need to supply more milk and tea bags in room. And although the shower had lovely hot water the horrendous sound it made kept ringing in my ear which was unpleasant. Great location Walthamstow train station 2 minutes walk away from hotel."
