"Stayed for a night on business - staff is extremely friendly, very central location and was able to walk into the City, room and communal parts very clean, modern and spotless bathroom / toilet, complimentary fruits / snacks / water bottles. It's a small independent hotel and doesn't have the fancy feel of a chain hotel but is all you need for a quick and practical stay in London. Very affordable too."

"I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights for business reasons. The check-in/out went very smooth and the management was always very kind with my requests. The location is nice in between two underground stops and with some bus lines at a few hundreds of meters from the hotel. In the room you can find water, fruits and a small refrigerator for your needs. The hair dryer is also decently powerful. I can't give more stars because of a few points that are quite annoying-especially if you stay more nights. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything that is going on. Internet wasn't very good (at least in my room): you can send messages on Whatsapp for example, but for images it took ages if it worked. That also made it impossible to work from my room. The cleaning level of the room was quite bad, since there was dust, hairs and general limestone in the bathroom. Bed linens and towels were clean though. In the bathroom there is no hanger for your towel and the regulation of the water temperature was almost not enabled (at least it was on the hot end). I am not sure if I would pay the same price to stay again at the same hotel, but I guess there is definitely worst places I have been to. I hope maybe this comment helps making things better for future guests :) Cheers"

"This was the perfect hotel for my wife and I. The room was super clean and the location is near everything we wanted to see and visit. The staff was very professional and nice. They always spoke and always asked how was our stay going. All around wonderful experience and I definitely will return to this hotel the next time I visit London."
