"We have been staying at Parkwood hotel for a week, VERY GOOD TREATMENT from the staff, Gail took excellent care of us, we stayed in a double room, and everything was very clean. The location is very good, right next to Hyde Park and Marble Arch tube station. It is a hotel with a lot of souls and the staff makes you spend a great holiday there. I recommend it 100%."

"I booked a room here on the 27th October for July 2023 and within an hour of booking, the hotel had contacted me to ask me when I would be checking in etc. Today, six full days later. The hotel have made me aware that they overbooked my room and will be cancelling my booking. Why wasn't the hotel aware of this earlier? Why it took them six days to realise this is beyond me but I will be leaving this review here so that others are aware."
