"I am usually not one to leave reviews for hotels, but I just had to for Eccleston because it was literally one of the best hotel stays I've ever had in my entire life. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and we mourned when we had to leave, no joke. The staff were so kind and accomodating. The room itself was a great size for two people. The shower was really great. But the best part of the room was the bed. It's the most comfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel and the massage feature and elevation features were phenomenal after having walked all around London. I wish I could've taken the bed with me to our next hotel. The location was also super convenient because it was close to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Station. We didn't have to take a single taxi. All in all, I cannot recommend enough; I would not stay at any other hotel in the price range, Eccleston is it."

"This is a most stylish property, with very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The designers have shown great taste and the property offers a wonderful atmosphere as a result. While rooms were perfectly appointed, they did not offer a good opportunity to get work done, which sadly is important to me. Still, if you don't mind the cost, the hotel will offer a great location, wonderful environment and fantastic staff to make for an amazing vacation!"

"Very modern, very comfy beds but rooms a bit small. Smart windows (that tint automatically) & smart curtains made it a fun stay. Breakfast is probably better at a pub nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff."
