"Basic hotel. The rooms are small but everything is provided and okay. Good bed. The room got warm quite fast. There was airco but that was quite noisy. The bathroom was small but fine with a lot of amenities. The only problem was that the water temperature in the shower was not constant. Nice personnel though and perfect location!"

"The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are of a good size and comfortable. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of London St Pancras and next to Warren Street tube. Our check in and check out went smoothly, staff at reception were polite. The thing that let this place down for us is when we went to collect our bags from luggage storage we were told we could collect our bags "if we could find them" with the lady there more interested in her phone than engaging with us. It made the issuing of a 'ticket' for receipt of our bags that morning entirely pointless. We did mention this to reception staff as we left, and I emailed the hotel about this too, but they didn't seem surprised or bothered."

"I had a lovely stay here. I somehow managed to pick a quiet room, bit of an odd shape and the lighting is quite harsh, I asked housekeeping if they had a lamp and they brought one straight up. The overhead lighting was too much. It could benefit from lamps in the room to create a better ambience. The bedding was wonderful, a really great quality mattress topper. I slept like a baby. The room has everything you need. The breakfasts were outstanding. I had a 4 day stay so tried something different every day. The staff are really kind and genuine. This would be my go to hotel. It even has a lovely little gym. Also a nice touch was an ice machine on my floor which I used. Water in the room. Fridge, ironing board and iron. Hairdryer. Tea and coffee. Lovely products in the bathroom. Great temperature controls or fresh air from the windows. I stayed at the back of the hotel incase of traffic noise. You are essentially on top of the tube but I actually found that lulled me to sleep! Highly recommend."

"Great location - walking distance for tubes, buses, and mainline railway. Some food places nearby so you don't have to be limited by the room service options, if you don't want to be. Room was clean, and quiet. Got a great night's sleep!"

"Nice hotel, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Very central to the tube station and popular areas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the inability to turn the A/C in the room down because “then the room gets too cold because it is small”. The whole point of an A/C is to make the room cold. If you like the temp to be 22C+, then you’ll be fine."
