"Despite being an old hotel, rooms are really well maintained and the location is literally the best part... Being next to Lord's Cricket Stadium and within walking distance of Regent's Park. Service in the Restaurant during buffet left a lot to be desired. The food was very good and tasty but any item ordered took time and refilling of the empty dishes, cleaning of used tables was painfully slow."
"The rooms we had were rather small but confortable and clean. The A/C was quite tricky to work at the desired temperature but we managed to make it work. The hotel has a gym room which has good and clean equipment so you can workout. In my opinion there was plenty of options for breakfast, which was generally very good. It would help that they renovate the exterior which seems a bit outdated, but inside it's clean and in a very good condition. We also liked the location very much, we love to walk and we enjoyed the promenade along the canal to Camden."
"This was an excellent place to stay. The room was a good size and very clean, and the staff were all attentive and helpful. The room was nice and dark and quiet overnight, with comfortable bed linen ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fresh, and with a wide selection available. We stayed here as we were visiting London Zoo, and it is only a short walk away so ideal."

"Service from the staff at the hotel is incredible. Having stayed at a number of hotels in London I have always felt let down by the service received. However, I have to say that the reception team at the here were incredible. Ismail and Marsha have been very accommodating and we will definitely be coming back again soon. We also had a great room with a lovely view of Lords"
