"I stayed with my kind in this hotel and everything was amazing. The location is perfect for the science museum and the natural history museum. The staff was helpful and attentive, especially Francesco that helped us with the directions to anywhere in London. The room was clean and huge and the beds were extremely comfortable."

"Second time we've stayed here is a family room. Location is great - 5 minutes from Earls Court tube but also less than a mile from the South Kensington museums. The staff here are absolutely brilliant- always really helpful and friendly. My children lived the sweets on valentines day. Breakfast was great - particularly the kids eat free. Just what you need before a day out in museums. The rooms themselves are huge - definitely the biggest I've seen at a Premier Inn. We will definitely return."

"Had lovely 3 night stay room ok and quite, had lovely breakfast every day i overhead some people moaning about running out of the hot buffet but with a large breakfast window and 20 random people turning up all at once what do you expect but the staff who were all very polite and friendly kept replenishing the food as quickly as possible it's better to have fresh and regular than food sitting there for ages as never as nice and it keeps there wastage down. I would stay again"

"Lovely hotel, good food, breakfast paying for an adult with 2 children free, brilliant. Rooms lovely. clean. plenty of space in family rooms Very helpful staff. Pleasant and friendly. Location may have been a little distant for a group of 44 who decided to walk from wrong Underground station, but my mistake only, but well worth a visit, would definitely go back, local shops near by, ideal for Science and History museums. Group of Beavers, Cubs, Leaders, accompanied by their families on a visit to London to see Lion King, plus museums, everyone had a fantastic time and hopefully will remember this forever thank you."
