"Nice enough hotel for the price, clean but could have done with a bit of a dust on the higher up places. The bed was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you are going to O2 which is just across the road, plenty of places to eat and the Westfields is a few minutes walk away. Breakfast is served off-site (2 doors away) which might not be convenient if it’s raining! But again the staff were friendly and the food was good. Overall I would stay there again if I was going to the O2 again."
"We contacted ahead of time to ask for ground floor because my husband injured himself and was on crutches. This happened after we booked so we weren’t concerned with finding an accessible hotel when we were initially looking. We were told they could accommodate us. We ended up on the second floor. They said that was the only room available. We could have booked somewhere else if they let us know that a ground floor room may not be possible. The room itself had seen better days. There were marks all over the walls and the remote was very crusty and looked like it had never been wiped down. The TV couldn’t get any channels, even BBC, and just displayed a message that the signal was too poor. I’ve stayed in better cared for hostels. The hotel is also on a fairly busy road and it was a bit noisy. It is close to tube stations and several buses come by as well. Not much else going for it based on our experience."
"So, this is listed as a two-star hotel, and that is really what you are going to get. This seems to be either a house or apartment complex or something turned into a hotel. The rooms are super small, the cleanliness was not great, I’m not sure if they changed the bedding once during the six nights I was there, and the staff is pretty dull. The good things are the free breakfast, which is limited and the same every day, the location at Shepherd’s Bush which is really great, and the price, which is fair for what you get. So, overall, it’s an acceptable choice if you are on a budget. Just don’t expect anything more than a two-star experience."
"The pictures of this hotel were misleading. I ended up not even staying in the room and just took the hit of losing my money, meanwhile I paid 255 GBP a night for the room. The bed was smaller than a twin sized bed. The window of the room was open, anything could have crawled into that room. Honestly this looked more of a motel to me. And I was just surprised, cause for this 255 pounds a night, I had higher expectations than what I saw. The customer service wasn’t the best especially when I had asked for an additional key to my room since they gave me just 1, he responded with an attitude that since I’m the only one in the room, I was not allowed an extra key. I felt like I was in dormitory been given orders when he said that. I personally did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel. I was okay to forfeit my money and as soon as I saw the room, I did not bother unpacking, I went ahead and found another hotel, although it was so hard considering I was liking for the same day booking, most of the hotels were sold out. I ended up finding something an hour away from this hotel, farther from the airport and more than double the price of this hotel, but I gladly booked it. That’s how desperate I was to not sleep at this motel looking hotel. I typically don’t give reviews but had to for this cause it was straight up bad and should not be advertised as a hotel and not for that price. I was almost homeless in London if I didn’t find another hotel with availabilities. On the positive note, The location of this hotel was great right in shepherds bush and close to the train station and close to Westfield mall. Other than that, I will not recommend."
"Good proximity to tubes. Shepherds Bush and Gold Hawk tube stations are just a couple of walks away. The room we rented was air-conditioned, clean and comfortable enough for the price. Toilet was spotless. TV, fridge, safe box, hair dryer, electric kettle + cups/saucers/teaspoons/glasses available. The only thing missing was the telephone to call reception for any concerns or inquiries. We had a great stay otherwise."
