"Lovely experience. London is just 30 minutes away. Hammersmith is served by 4 lines. Fast check in! The large apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette except for some cutlery/ pots and pans. Quiet residential area, had no problems at night. I would recommend to anyone!"

"Great location just 10 mins walk to Hammersmith train station. 1 min walk from pub. Felt safe walking back in the dark as the street was well lit. Room was good size for one person for one night. Set up well with great kitchen amenities and everything you could possible need. Shampoo + conditioner were nice also. Would book again"

"Great hotel / accommodation. Comfy beds, well supplied kitchen (microwave, hobs, fridge, toaster, cutlery etc). The bathrooms can be small but both times I stayed the rooms were very clean. Shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer supplied. There is no reception - you are simply emailed a room code the night before. There is also a lift, which is convenient for large suitcases. The rooms are on the warm side but you can open the windows to let fresh air in (and there is a also a fan in the room). Hammersmith tube station is at the end of the road and a 15 minute walk to Westfield London. Some noise can be heard from outside….but this is London!"

"Very good accommodation and excellent value for money. The apartment/room I stayed in was perfectly kitted out and designed for such a small place. I’ve stayed in room2 before, so knew what to expect - great set up, facilities, and absolutely spotlessly clean. The only downside for me, and may be an upside for many, was that the room was incredibly warm. Even after turning the heating off it stayed hot in there. I prefer it cooler. But otherwise, great location and very good stay."

"After staying in Room2 Chiswick I had high hopes. I was very disappointed. The entrance of the “hometel” is shabby and hallways dirty, carpet in the hallways is unfinished around the edges and looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed since it was laid. The laundry room was filthy and one of the washing machines broke locking my clothes inside. The room was hot and very noisy, you can hear the noise from the room and laundry room across the hallway and street noise. There’s also construction going on next door. One of the blinds was broken so we couldn’t properly open it, then completely broke after the first day. The toilet and showers cleanliness were questionable. This is supposed to be a scaled-back version of the other room2 “hometels” but it just feels like something that’s been thrown together and forgotten about. It has a student flat vibe to it. There are no staff on site so no one to tell our concerns to."
