"I made a last minute decision to go to london for the night & found this hotel advertised for a fairly cheap & reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised with how good my stay was. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming upon arrival, and were helpful when it came to letting me know information about the hotel & the area. The single room was a decent size, not too big and not too small especially for someone who was staying for only the night. Very clean room with a modern bathroom. I highly recommend this place & will be visiting again."

"Great hotel. Room was a decent size considering the price. I’ve stayed in London before for the same cost and it wasn’t half as nice as this. Location is brilliant, only a two minute walk to the tube station and was only £17 in a taxi from the west end so absolutely no complaints about the location. Would definitely consider coming back."

"Pros of this place is that it is very very close to the tube and the area is quiet and safe. The cons are that the rooms are very small, so this is best for a solo traveler. The room wasn’t dirty per se, but there was a stain on the couch and some rust in the sink. Speaking of the sink, it’s not with the toilet, so you have to exit the toilet to wash your hands in front of everyone, which is part of why this is best for a solo traveler. The bed is on the smaller side but it was very cozy. I don’t have a bad stay here, but it wasn’t quite worth the money."

"Hotel is in a great location with good connections, it’s just a few minutes walk from the next tube station and has a direct transfer link to LHR airport. The room was clean and modern, staff were very friendly and accommodating too! Highly recommend and will definitely come back."

"The hotel is dirty, smelly and manager is very rude. I stayed in basement room which was cold, no heating it smell like sewage !!! The disgusting stench was overpowering all room even with open windows!! When I asked to be moved to a room which smell doesn’t make me sick manger named florin advised me to open the hot water in shower and run it for 10-15 min as it should help. Mattress had a lot of stain on it which I could see through the bed sheets. Pillows are old and uncomfortable.This is something I’ve never met in my life and I work in hospitality for over 11 years. I wish I would never stay in this „hotel” in my life!!! I feel like I was scammed by this company. Standards are closer to hostel… or shelter. It wasn’t worth the money I paid, to be honest after this experience I would come back there even if they would pay me for staying one more night there!!!"
