"Clean and spacious rooms, air conditioning and Sky. Excellent staff who couldn’t do enough to help us and our 3 dogs. Secure On site parking. Fantastic Covid precautions being observed. No bar service available but told if we wanted an alcoholic drink then to just ask at reception. The breakfast a little disappointing but understandable due to the current situation but plenty in the ‘grab and go’ bags to get you going for the morning. Even though it’s based on a main dual carriage way road there was very little noise at all even with both our windows open. Our two night stay was very comfortable and would definitely stay again."

"Lovely comfy beds..fantastic breakfast tho not included in price. Safe car park.Courtesy shuttle to tube was brilliant extra for us..much appreciated, and free. Receptionist was very very helpful..(dark hair and glasses)nothing too much trouble and she printed routes and information for us, making our day flow freely. Will use The Palm again as so central for our requirements..tho think we will have an upper floor room next time as we had elephants above!"

"Don't be put off by the location on a busy road, this hotel is very good. The rooms are perfectly standard, but there's many thoughtful additions to the offer, including Sky TV, top quality tea bags, a. Shuttle service to the tube station and the option of using the hotel's deliveroo account for a take away meal. Breakfast is good too, but there's no fried eggs available."

"Been staying at this hotel regularly for the past year. Rooms are generally clean and spacious. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is great as well. Bus stop right outside, and tube station around 10 minutes away. Highly recommended for business travel and for families traveling on holiday."
