"I have slightly mixed views on this. For value for money in London I think it was ok. The view was stunning with a big panoramic view of the Thames and I liked the unique shape of the room. But because it was more expensive I was disappointed with general wear and poor repairs in places, and things like certain lights not working. If it was in top condition I would pay more. We had a few cocktails at the bar late in the evening and the barman was hilarious and so kind, we went off to bed still laughing :)"

"Great location with nice view. Rooms are very nice and you get worth for your money as there is no other place in the area for that price that would look that good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very nice with a view on river. Spa is bit boring for my taste as it has one small pool, jacuzzi and 2 saunas. Overall happy to visit again."
