"Not a real hotel. No reception. No staff. If your “code” doesn’t work, there’s no one to call. While I was waiting outside for someone to pick up the phone (no-one ever did) another couple came out and said they were going to try to find a pub (at 11:30pm) because their room lacked a toilet. Avoid at all costs."

"Not even one star — but there’s no way to give zero. This isn’t a hotel. This is barely a hostel. No reception. No staff. Which means if there are any issues at all — you’re completely on your own, and they *will not* answer the phone number given. Under no circumstances attempt to stay here unless you’ve got *plenty* of of time — like several days — to waste while they send you the “email” (look in spam) that has the “codes” to even get in the door. STAY AWAY."

"Stayed with 2 friends and it was sufficient but not ideal. The price suggests a hotel but it’s really more like a hostel. Smokers in the building make the facilities smell dank. We also realized after check in that our room’s door didn’t lock without another key that we had to walk 20 minutes to get. It was an easy enough fix but just didn’t give us confidence in the security of the building or the experience. Overall, the place was clean, it’s close to the tube and rail link to the airport, and the neighbourhood close by had a couple nice pubs, grocers, and cafes so it wasn’t a loss but I wouldn’t stay here again."
