"Update: I’ve tried emailing the hotel directly twice and no response. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I would highly recommend booking any other hotel in London except this one. I stayed here for a weekend and had a horrible experience. My room was covered in spider webs, the walls were dirty and dented and there were spiders. We killed 1 spider and there was a dead spider on the wall. There was also a stench in the halls. I felt uncomfortable staying here. I tried contacting the hotel and no one got back to me. Really disappointed with this experience and would not recommend, even at the affordable price point."

"The room (6) was a disgrace!! The wall near the bed head was very damp with the wallpaper pealing. The corner of the room near the bed head was covered in black mould as were the tiles in the bathroom. (We now know what ingesting mould spores can do!!!!!) I have the photos to prove it, Had we not been attending a funeral the next day we would have left immediately. The Price of £94 for this hovel was outrageous and I would welcome a full refund."

"Decent sized room, comfotable bed, clean sheets & towels, plenty of hot water. Fridge, kettle & tv. Advertised as 2 star so yes it is not plush but it is clean. Location is good for Golders Green High St and tube. Would I stay here again ... yes."

"Don't even get me started on this hotel. Can I call it a hotel? It's worse than a motel and it doesn't deserve a rating at all. I am welcomed by a very spooky guy at the reception and I try to keep the conversation to the minimum. When I see my room, I am shocked by the amount of problems it has. Broken door, broken fire escape alarm, bathroom light bulb broken, tapped sink, apparently clean sheets and towels and objects laying around. No desk (was in the description). Stinky and claustrophobic. Never again. Worst hotel experience ever."

"Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was cheap but a pretty bad experience. The only good part was the girls at the reception. They were pretty nice to us. They did the check-in earlier than supposed and they also allowed us to leave our luggage there after checkout. The cleaning team only brought us new towels. They did not take the used ones. They did not take the trash out for five days and they did not change the sheets. Also, the room was pretty small. The bathroom door was broken. one window in the room was not closing so it was opened for 5 days. There was mold in the bathroom. Hot water was very hard to adjust to the desired temperature. You could easily hear what is happening in other rooms even if other guests were speaking using a low volume. All the walls were dirty and so on. See the pictures below for more."
