"It’s a great deal for price. Not the best neighborhood though. I was asked to verify my credit cards three times. I mean what wrong with your technology? Just check the towel though I had a red stain on it not sure what it was. Google shows wrong pathway. They have changed the bus stop fyi."

"Do not bother staying here. The reception staff are rude, I entered my room to find stains on the ceiling and on our bathroom mats. If you’ve ever seen the film “Identity” you’re in for a real treat, this hotel offers a horror like experience. *Karen’s included"

"After reading some of the other reviews on here I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was a good size and very clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the provision of car parking was much appreciated. My only minor complaint would be be that the bed was not very comfortable, but at this price, you can't expect to be staying at The Ritz. Great value for money and I would definitely consider staying again."
