"The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there."

"Absolutely great stay, clean and modern hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Went as a family of four for my daughter's 6th birthday. We enjoyed the swimming pool, I enjoyed the gym and sauna. Dinner was great, we ordered a tasty pizza and chips. Breakfast had lots of variety and was good for our group who are both meat eaters and vegetarians. Thank you so much for making my daughter's birthday one to remember. Definitely recommend this hotel and most definitely will be returning as a break away"

"I had a lovely spa night stay for my cousin’s birthday. The staff were friendly and upgraded our room for the special occasion. The gym & spa facilities was perfect; clean and relaxing felt so rejuvenated! The room was cosy and breakfast was nice too. Highly recommend everything was great! Thank you Novotel Brentford!"

"Modern hotel with excellent staff. Good room (although I struggled a bit with the air on/heating controls). Never got a chance to try the gym or pool as I didn’t have my kit. Good choice and quality of food at breakfast, lots of different jams to go with the excellent croissants. Hot breakfast options were tasty. I had dinner one evening and the soup and sea bass were also excellent along with the service from the staff. Car park is underground and there is a bike rack at the front of the hotel."
