"Seems beautiful, but actually things keep breaking all the time and there is no maintenance. The flats a new, but some windows don't open, the heat and ac have issues constantly, the lifts are more broken than functional, the gym were close for months with no reason, the security is low, the communal carpets have stains, the bins are not cleared enough times and the list continue. Besides that, the only transportation close to it is H91 that have severe delays issues, so you constantly need to walk to Chiswick or Kew Bridge to get another bus, train or tube."

"Unexpected charges for air conditioning on top of utility bills, which is now completely broken. We've had no central heating for more than a month during winter, but management have not fixed the problem. Poor soundproofing between flats - you'll hear everything going on next door. Avoid if you can"

"This is a genuine review - because I live here. Do not hide this or fabricate your reviews! My previous comments were: - Avoid this place at all costs, for the sake of your mental health. - Unscrupulous management exploiting loopholes; you will receive charges that were not in your contract. - Poorly maintained; leaks etc. Residents haven't had leaks fixed for over 1 year. - Collective punishment; due to some non-rent paying residents - ALL services have been stopped including post, gym, outdoor terrace leading to all sorts of issues like missing/stolen parcels - even if you have paid your rent (or own a flat!) - Cars broken into and vandalised in the parking lot. - Poor building security, regulation and the corridors reek of tobacco. - I will not be extending my contract. - There is good community, however the management is an absolute shambles."

"The facilities (concierge, mail box, parcel storage, gym, terrace, cinema room) have been closed for months and people are stealing our parcels as a result. There have been incidents where people from outside the building have vandalised cars and managed to get into the building while being heavily intoxicated. This poses a threat to all residents and made us feel very unsafe. We were told that the air-con would be included in the electricity bill, but a month ago they tried to charge us for THE WHOLE year of air-con used SEPARATELY from our electricity bill. The windows cannot be opened due to the building being next to the A4 therefore you will literally get charged for breathing in this building. Please be aware and do not rent here"

"Lived here for nearly ~2 years and it's been absolutely horrible. Apart from the concierge, Simer, this place is a rat ditch. It's all based on lies.. they have no cinema room, they have no gym and now the concierge services have been removed. All the positive reviews you see on here are fabricated or from people who have bought parking spots for the day (btw - the parking and bin situation is horrifying). Trust me, i'm doing you a favour by telling you not to rent here. Look elsewhere..."
