"Tareq (person at the desk) was very nice and welcoming when I arrived. The hotel was nice and warm which was great after walking in the rain to get here. Very quick and smooth check in and check out process. The rooms were very comfortable and clean when I first arrived. They give you a sign to place on your door handle for when you want privacy and if you flip it over it says that you want your room cleaned, very nice. Will definitely come back here again."

"The only good thing about this place: It‘s clean. Apart from that, it was horrible. The staff has no experience and is rude. The breakfast was lacking options in both food and drinks and the coffee machine was constantly broken. Due to the Underground tracks nearby, it’s impossible to sleep with the windows open. The room was incredibly small with no wardrobe of any kind. There were no power outlets inside the bathroom. The water pressure inside the shower is horrendous. As a female solo traveller, I did not feel safe there. My room was on the ground floor, right next to the main entrance. Day and night, people were standing right outside my window. Also, the lights of the building itself were so bright that I could barely sleep. The hotel is very close to the Underground station, but it’s in the middle of nowhere. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the centre of London. Honestly: I’m disappointed."

"Great hotel that looks pretty ugly from the outside but is actually relatively modern inside. Queen's (Double) Room is very spacious, staff super friendly and helpful and the location ideal, opposite the Tube station and close to restaurants, pubs and shops. Train station close by also means train noise if you get a room facing the rails but the disturbance is not too bad, and I am very noise sensitive. The continental breakfast is ok and lacks a bit of variety"
