"Not happy. £300 chair comes incomplete with the wrong part (gas lift). So the chair is unusable = as good as there's no chair at all. Contacted via phone - told to send pictures. After sending pictures and video of the part proving the wrong part was packed I received the information they do not know how to troubleshoot?! There is nothing to troubleshoot as this is self-explanatory. What a mess. This is a joke, customer service is one of no existence. Not replying to emails, or over the phone, you simply can't get informed about anything. Would not recommend it."

"I purchased EQ5 desk with the grey desktop. From the quality to the delivery, I could not be any happier with my desk. The built quality of the desk is 10/10. It took 3 days to come. The grey desktop is much darker in person and the quality of engineered wood shocked me, it looks better in person. I have had the desk for 3 weeks and no problems . I have not spoke to any of the customer service so I can not review that side of things. I managed to carry the desk up two flights of stairs and build the desk myself under an hour. I would not recommend building and carrying it yourself If you are not strong. One bit of criticism I will give is that the website does not state what desks are in stock. So you could wait anytime from 3 days to over a month. I heard many people waiting months for their desks so I was very close to ordering from another website, until I met a Ikea worker who told me he only waited 3 days for his. The first thing on the delivery page is an image showing the process and time of receiving the desk and this stated over a month so this threw me off! This is something flexispot should consider as they have probably lost tones of customers from not stating exactly when they will receive their items . I will write another review in a year."

The delivery was a bit odd as one parcel didn't come with the other parcels (they were delivered by different couriers) - but when they did all arrive the packaging was excellent and everything was super well protected. "I have purchased E8 and have been using it for two weeks now. The table is amazing - fast, quiet, elegant and has 4 preset positions. Did I mention collision stops with sensitivity levels? I highly recommend the model. Customer service is great, fast shipping, and very easy to assemble."
