"It was the final day of their sale so I decided to go in after having a kitchen call in the morning. Upon entering, I asked where in store I needed to go to see the kitchen I was looking for and a member of staff simply pointed as opposed to taking me there and helping. The call in the morning seemed very good as the kitchen looked great but when I felt and touched the cupboards, they felt very weak, especially at the back of them. If you're looking to get a kitchen yourself, there's a massive difference between seeing and touching. Due to this, I will be purchasing mine in Wickes."
"Shocking customer service, poor design, costs more money to fix, and some items missing while others delivered faulty or damaged. I am still waiting for missing items to be delivered. And one of the cupboard doesn’t even fit, leave all 20cm Gaps to the ceiling, they call it their design! This is not acceptable, they blame on customers not reading the contract, it’s customer fault because my house was under renovation! Be careful with them! Totally bullying!! Especially the manager Nuzhat!!!! She shouted to me on the phone ask me to pay for the mistake her staff made! I will take this very seriously and go further! I will go to trading standards about wren’s shocking customer service and ripped off."
"Just appalling. Never again. The finished kitchen is not of the same quality as what you see in the showroom. Don’t be fooled! The joins are all clearly visible and scuffed and marked. Nothing lines up. Way too much money for the product you get. The pictures speak for themselves!"
"A mixed bag. I chose my fitter first and they said they used Wren Kitchens. I was put off by the very poor reviews by a number of people but think that many people who leave reviews only do so if they are very angry and disappointed (and all of the rival kitchen suppliers suffer the same in their reviews). I found: - the measuring was rushed (as though they didn’t think I would be actually purchasing) and this caused problems later (the fitter had to trim some cupboards) - the kitchen designer (Ruhi) was excellent, didn’t push and understood budget-constraints etc. She was helpful, but…. - when there was a problem with the size of the appliance doors I was told it was my fault as I had ‘approved’ the plans. Now I’m not an expert at reading technical blueprint-style designs and I had explicitly given them the height of my appliances…. Yet I had to pay for new doors. - the computer design system seemed to add a lot of extra bits - I had significant left over side-panels and worktop. So that was probably £500 a better system could have avoided. - the quality of the cupboards etc was good - they didn’t deliver all the right parts so I had to message Wrens. However, unlike the experience of some reviewers, I found Wrens Acton to be very prompt and helpful in getting the missing parts sent to me quickly. So I thought the post-purchase customer service was good."
"What ever you do, do not use this company! the worst experience I have ever had in my life. We had to change the first sales representative because he never answered calls or returned emails. He also ordered 20 sq meters of flooring randomly to my house which they dumped in our hallway and left the pallet in the middle of the street (5 days before it was removed). We then changed installers and paid for the kitchen. Someone came around to look at the kitchen who was the installer. we had the delivery the day before our due date so one of bedrooms is full of stuff, we now have our living room full of kitchen things. No installer arrives Monday, calls at 11am to say he has broken down. Tuesday morning someone turns up who was not the original contractor, takes one look and says i am not doing this walks out and drives off. My kitchen is very small but on the 1st floor which seemed to be the issue (even though everyone knew it was there). Called up wren to say the original contractor now wont do it as he has hurt his back. So wren say they can get someone to do a dry fit even though i bought plumbing and gas fit in 3 to 4 days time. Even better the new contractor wont do the work unless i remove all the kitchen before they arrive. I have asked someone to come and collect my kitchen and offer me a full refund but apparently that is not in the contract! Currently have a spare kitchen and my bedroom, living out the living room and no kitchen. The guy in the show room said it would be a 1 week job, fitter said 2.5 weeks, they just lie to you to get you to pay. What ever you do, don't be tempted to use this company. they are crooks."
