"Absolutely AVOID this company. I ordered a serge mouille two arm replica lamp with a lead time of 4 weeks in December. After endless chasing and being fobbed off with a huge variety of different excuses I finally received the lamp at the end of April, nearly 5 months after I ordered it. It is VERY poor quality and the top arm cannot support itself so it looks a mess and nothing like the original. I have emailed Swivel multiple times and they now claim not to have received my emails despite the fact I can see my responses on the email thread and have screen shotted them. Pathetic! Would never ever recommend this company to anyone."

"I love the Eames EA117 chair. I got it in black Italian leather, It is comfortable, the chair is very good quality, and it was delivered on time. This is our second Eames office chair acquisition; we also have the Eames EA217. I think the EA117 is more elegant/better looking than the EA217 but If you are looking for something super mega comfortable, I advise you to go for the EA217 (padded office chair). We are very happy with both models and I don’t regret at all getting this chair. Also I highly recommend Swivel website. It was very easy to place the order and you can track the order process on their website."

"I initially gave 5 stars for service and chair but have since removed and replaced with 1 star for customer service. I bought an Eames Chair in December and noticed a split appearing in the piping around the leather arm rest in March. I'm still happy with the overall quality of the chair but reported the fault together with a photo. This has not been knocked, hit or damaged in anyway at home. Whilst things like this happen, I do expect a response to my concern other than an automatic holding reply. It's now 8 days since I submitted a request for a replacement arm and nothing heard. I resent another enquiry to try and seek a speedy resolve and at least some comment rather than an automatic response. A company is actually only tested for real customer service when and how they respond to problems. This is not a cheap seat (more than £500) so I am quite appalled at their service. The seat is lovely and other than this minor problem which I will get repaired elsewhere, it is a good buy but I would urge readers to use another supplier"
