"Ordered sofa furniture from this store, the first sofa piece was delivered faulty. It makes very loud noises and creaks, when we mentioned this to the delivery team, they said dont worry about it, its fine. We had to speak to the manager and they admitted the fault and agreed to refund. We also noticed that the coffee table that was given as a present leaves colour marks on the laminates, which they agreed to replace too. We also ordered additional sofa pieces which were to be delivered in 8/12 weeks period. Now they have given us a date which is 16 weeks away from the date of purchase. We was specifically told end of February or start of March. Now they are saying they didnt say this, and they told us that delivery will be in April, this is not true and not what we agreed to when purchasing!"
