"Having ordered the Marbella 5 piece patio lounge set I was very pleased with the quick delivery. The set itself is excellent value for money the cushions are really plump and comfortable as is the set itself I bought the covers for the set and they are definitely worth the money even tho initially I thought they were expensive compared to others but actually having put them on the set and it raining in the night they were really effective so well worth the extra. 5* rating is definately a star worth giving As you can see."

"Just waste my more than 2 weeks, I ordered chairs 2 weeks ago, i received email 10 days ago that saying items has been shipped, After 10 days I was keep calling delivery companies “furdeco and yodel” but both saying they dont have item, They are saying contact to Out and Out, When I contact yo Out and Out they were saying item will be collected today When I called them after 2-3 days Item still didn’t collect and after 3rd day Out and Out now saying they do not have my chairs is stock! Can not believe it! If its shipped how can be out of stock after 2 weeks. Now they processed refund (still didn’t receive money) Do not recommend anyone stay away from this company, they only lying and keep you busy with contacting delivery companies etc."

"Out and out shambles! Ordered chairs - legs and seats were delivered separately… and 6 weeks apart. Emails said delivery was complete when it clearly wasn’t. When the last pieces finally arrived (after many chases and them blaming everyone else for the problem) the parts weren’t even designed to fit together, so are completely useless. They then asked us to liaise with their courier to collect the pieces and are trying to make return of items they incorrectly shipped a condition of refunding our money. Stay away, it really isn’t worth the hassle!"

"Got some great furniture at really good prices compared to big brands. Communication was good as I got an email from the courier the next day telling me when it would be delivered. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Overall very happy with the service and home furniture and would use again."

"A little concerned with this company, could potentially be a scam, I spent £150 on 4 dining chairs, I received an email to say that I had received my order but I haven’t. Tried emailing and calling and have not had a response. I am thinking about taking them to small claims court as it seems they have taken my money and not provided any tracking number of delivery, no proof of delivery, you don’t receive any email to say your parcel is on its way, doesn’t say which courier service they use… this is expected with any delivery service! I would avoid using out and out, no wonder why everything is so much cheaper, because they scam you for money."
