"We first purchased an Alison sofa from Camerich in 2011, and having had it reupholstered recently, it still looks and performs as good as new. As a result, we could not be happier with it. Back then, we dealt with Tom Wakeford, and remember that he offered an exemplary level of customer service distinguished by his professionalism, patience, and genuine desire to ensure we were happy and confident with any purchase. Having had to recently return a new sofa purchased from a different retailer that fell short of our expectations, we once again reached out to Tom for assistance a decade later in the hope that Camerich could supply us with a better product. We were pleased to learn that Tom has since ascended the corporate ranks at Camerich, but he remained as affable and responsive as ever, enlisting the help of one of the sales personnel Hazera at the local Islington branch to assist us. Like Tom, Hazera was simply a pleasure to deal with. She was extremely personable, had in depth knowledge of the Camerich sofa range, and went out of her way to understand our requirements so that the sofa specification we selected perfectly matched our needs. We eventually decided on the Notting corner sofa which not only looked stunning, but was comfortable, supportive and practical. Since the sofa is made to order, Camerich also offered to provide us with a loan sofa which came in very handy. Although Camerich’s price range is slightly higher than some other furniture companies, our experience was that the superior quality and durability of their beautiful designer furniture, coupled with their faultless service from purchase to delivery, makes them exceptional value for money."
