"I had a very negative experience with Indor with ordering a coffee table in early December with a 10-12 weeks estimate. We received multiple emails that the product has been shipped and due to be delivered to the warehouse, however, following 4-5 weeks of waiting and constant email and phone exchange with the Indor staff (who said that they are awaiting the delivery), it turned out that the order was never placed and that the order was going to be received in May/June. We requested a refund which was transferred soon thereafter, but the overall experience with the employees from the store were incredibly negative given that we were been lied to for weeks. Never going back there."
