"Nice fabrics, comfortable, good design but not sustainable. I got no follow up information after the order except a call to set the delivery schedule. It is a shame that they don't pick up your old sofa while delivering the new one, which means they don't care about recycling. Also note that replacement parts may not be available even for purchase after 5 years which is too short for furniture especially in this price range. Those make any sustainability pledge irrelevant."
