"Easy peasy, donated a mattress in good condition, appointment arranged and mattress picked up first thing in the morning without hassle. They told me last minute they couldn't take the clothes which I found a bit odd especially if I had prepared the clothes bag but luckily I hadn't so it didn't bother me. Communication was good for the pick up generally and saved a good mattress going to waste!"
"I’ve visited this store a few times over the years and I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions the manager of this store shouting and demeaning his employees and being rude to customers. All the other staff seem lovely and they have a good selection of furniture and other items. The prices seem reasonable. However due to the above, I don’t particularly feel comfortable visiting this store."
"I wouldn't even give thus place one star. Absolutely DISGUSTINGLY rude black man screamed at me across the shop to get off a couch i had sat on. Agree that the couch had been sold but my husband and I were trying the comfort so he knew what to buy if another one came up for sale there. It was NOT necessary to ve so rude. He could quite easily have walked over to us and POLITELY asked me to get up off the couch. I will NEVER support that shop again and will discourage anyone I speak to so that they don't support it either"
"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are based next door from where I lived. As soon as I moved in I bought them a bookshelf for £10. I paid another £20 for the delivery as it was quite heavy for me to take it. Because I was moving home I asked them if they would buy it back from me. The lady at the till was rude, she looked like bored, miserable, upset with life (sorry but I'm not responsible for that). They all seemed like lazy. So she arranged a collection for a Saturday. She used a very bad tone of voice. I tolerated it. The next day I came back to the shop to tell them to cancel the collection (I was able to sell the bookshelf to my housemate due to the fact of him moving to my flat). Well I was horrified to look at the guy at the till mumbling some words and telling the other guy "It's so annoying this cancellations, aren't they?". The other guy didn't say anything, he just looked down. The worst of the worst. Ruthless people, stay well away from them. It's not a charity. It's he'll."
"1 star is a understatement for such a poorly run business!!! The worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life from the manger to the diver to the lady at front desk overrul terrible experience. Can't as a business say your going to collect something back and not turn up on the day no phone call or email explaining them selfs on why the item hasn't been picked up. Then to tip it off they can't even come out the next day due to being "to busy" and you get the phone put down on you! Terrible experience will not be coming back and will be telling others to stay well away from such a poorly run business"
