"I’ve had a really good experience from choosing the carpet to fitment. There are 3 stores in this retail park which sell carpets, one is way too expensive and then SCS and their direct competitor (I guess). In terms of prices, the quotes were similar, but I’d say the quality was a bit higher from SCS. Also, better customer service than the other competitor store. We’d been kept updated all the time between ordering the carpet and fitment. Everything was within timeframe given and expected."

"So disappointed, had two messages to say our sofa was coming so got rid of our old stuff and now had a message to say they can't deliver for another week! On top of that my husband has taken a day's unpaid leave to receive the furniture which, he can't get out of. We were told by 2 separate people that this company was unreliable but thought we would give them a chance. Will never recommend them to anyone."

"I have not satisfied with the service in store. People in store was kind however it took me almost 2 weeks to get a proper carpet flooring quotation and at the end I have cancelled my deposit, which you have to pay 20% of approximate amount of cost to get measurements!! Now, I have to wait an another 3-5 days to get my money back to my bank account! Please be sure there is no hidden cost , they have included all costs in their quotation and not be surprised later! These are; carpet fitting (Which they are saying that free but they put extra cost to pay as fitting), removing old carpet from your home, moving furniture/s if your home is not empty."

"We went to the SCS store on Thursday in Watford and were met by Tony. We found him to be very unhelpful. We liked a particular sofas so we asked him to price this set. He gave us a price of £7600.00 so I asked him if that was Black Friday price. He refused to give us the price and kept saying if we booked the order he would do so. To give us a price he has to make a phone call. I know from my experience working with Carpetright, MFI and Howdens you only have to speak to the store manager. So we realised he is useless at his job"
