"I rang 3 times each time until a member of staff stopped the call without answering, so I turned up assuming two days was enough to prepare my prescription, it wasn't and could I come back after 3.30pm the next day for my prescriptions. I came back the next day, waiting in the pharmacy queue slow takes on a new meaning, there was a young lady serving who didn't appear to be adequately trained, every other sentence was an apology and there was certainly plenty to apologise for! I waited 20 minutes in the queue and for at least 10 minutes she was with one customer only. Me and the lady behind me both missed our trains waiting. Its just a shame zero stars isn't an option."

"I have had several jarring experiences from rude and condescending pharmacists at this store. On one occasion, they interrogated me as if I was a drug abuser when I tried to purchase cold/flu relief medication (I was there with obvious symptoms) and their attitude was absolutely appalling. I gave up in the end and went to my local friendly chemist instead (yes I should've done that in the first instance!). Due to very poor customer service, I refuse to shop at this store or any Boots stores or online! There are signages in their stores to warn customers not to be abusive to staff, but what about staff who are abusive to customers?!"
