People at Halfords told me that it'd cost me a lot to fix it and that they'd need 5+ days to have it ready. I ask Adam for advice and this guy is already getting his hands dirty, trying to fix my bike. It only took him less than 15' to repair the things I needed help with, whilst looking after my bike as if it was his own. Honestly, I'll only be visiting Decathlon from now on and he's the reason why. He was super polite and helpful, which made the experience even better! Thank you so much Adam! :)”

Yes it may cost more, but you cannot replace the human experience with the lottery of the on line marketplace. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. “Too quality experience here. Booked a gait analysis a few hours prior (same day) and turned up to find everything set up and ready and one staff member dedicated to helping me out. The staff couldn't do enough for me - plenty of advice given and questions asked to make sure I was getting the right type of shoe. Eventually came out with a perfect pair of trainers which were price-matched by them from another company but retaining the same warranty from RN. Would highly highly recommend to buy new running trainers at a competitive price but with a tailored and brilliant service.”
