"Me and my partner stayed at the Milverton Hotel for one night whilst in town for a concert. The staff were very attentive, always on the phone to answer any questions we had. The room and hotel itself was lovely and very clean, comfortable sheets and bedding and the shower had great pressure. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an overnight stay."

"Worst hotel I ever been to We spent a very cold night without even a hot shower, do not go to this horror house. The room was not as expected, poorly renovated and not confortable. Only a really small window and a tiny bath room witch door didn’t close. We thought it would be ok for just one night, what a mistake. When we came back the hitting wasn’t properly working (January so pretty cold) The shower did not had hot water (just a little bit warm but never hot). Wifi didn’t worked at our room. Also, before the booking, they sent me a message asking me to make a wire transfer, this seemed estrange to me, but they agreed to pay at the reception upon arrival. We had to call the number they send us on arrival cause there’s no one at the hotel. 15 minutes later a guy arrives asking us the payment “only cash or transfer”. Not professional or polite. All this put together really made our stay in Manchester terrible."

"Upon arrival, it was quiet. I chose this place because it was close to the Manchester Academy for a gig I was attending. The room was better than expected, very warm & clean. The bed sheets were so soft & the bed was very comfortable. During the night it was very quiet considering our main window faced the main road. I liked that it was all keyless with use of codes, so no worrying about loosing the keycard while we were out. One thing I will mention, the tea & coffee facilities had no milk present, but a jar with white powder, thinking this could either be sweetener or dry milk, so I tested it with just some plain water first, the smell was disgusting, the texture was lumpy even when given a good stir. Other than that. It was great!"

"Room was comfortable, easy to check in and out. Stay was dampened a bit as the whole hotel smelt of weed, smelt like multiple rooms smoking it. I don’t think we’ll be coming back if visiting Manchester again"
