I was immediately greeted by a lovely man named Pat and he was so incredibly attentive with assisting me find a good pair of runners. He talked me through each runner I was looking at and explained what each design was made for/the level of support they provided etc. he really knew his stuff and it showed. He was so kind and friendly from the moment I walked into the store.
