"My husband bought me free weights and a stationary bike, which are awesome! The customer service has been fantastic and the staff are so nice. We had an issue with the pedal on the bike and the salesman (possibly the owner) gave us a part off another bike while we ordered in the part we needed. When that was taking too long he replaced the bike with a new one. We will definitely be back for more equipment as they have a great variety of stuff! Thanks!"
"Beware. This item is flawed in design (too much pressure on the calf post without any backing support) and the welding is very poor The calf support post snapped off mine (Welding came away from base bracket) leaving me tumbling backwards into my garage brick wall. Ouch!! and some serious grazes on my forearms. I'm not going to bother asking for a refund nor would I want a replacement and run the risk of a more serious accident in future. I'll count my losses."
