“I went too Harbour town DFO for a look being indecisive I left without shoes. Next day went back with phone and Facetime ready for advice. The store was closed for technical difficulties so I left "No Shoes". I drove to DFO at the Airport not knowing what to expect just knowing I wanted shoes and was met with an employee by the name of Cameron who spent easily the next half hour with me exclusively to help me find the perfect pair of shoes while making sure I took advantage of the offer that allowed me to basically get 2 pairs for cheaper than 1 pair. I also didn't require Facetime help as I was so happy and impressed with how I was treated and never been happier with the service and purchases that I made. It was a blessing in disguise having to go to you guys and I highly recommend your store and services to anyone. Thankyou again for your help it is seriously appreciated. Was quite an easy online store to use and the delivery time was excellent (3 days). Unfortunately one of the items I received was the incorrect size so I emailed them to inform them of this. They sent me out a replacement item immediately and included a return pre paid bag for the incorrect item to be returned. I received the replacement item again within 3 days. I think that's pretty good and would use them again.”
