“What a wonderful and relaxing break a dear friend and I enjoyed at Maiala Park Lodge. We loved our rooms, the accommodation was luxurious, with the most divine views to Brisbane city. I loved the tea and coffee facilities and the home made cookies were an absolute treat! There’s also a massive swimming pool to enjoy. I would highly recommend this beautiful venue for a getaway for people from Brisbane or further afield. Mount Glorious, Samford and surround’s have so much to offer with plenty of adventures to be had! Thank you so much to hosts Lucy, Joe and Ava! We will be back!”

“What an absolutely wonderful stay. Hosts are an absolute delight and take a lot of pride in the property that they have obviously put their heart and soul into. Loved the quirkiness of little things we came across whilst staying at the chalet, which was so comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Waking up to the sound of the bell birds in the morning was lovely, as was the view of the dam. To top it off the large owl spotted in the tree as we left. Beautiful property. Will definitely stay again soon, such fond memories and highly recommend to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle, relax and chill…perfect spot for it.”

“This beautiful property can only be described as “Heaven on Earth”. From the moment we booked, Lydia was so attentive with her emails, getting to know us and building excitement for our impending stay. And wow, what a magical place! It was breathtaking as we drove through the driveway, the view is incredible. We were all as excited as our 3 year old when we saw the beautiful animals and our grins just grew as we walked through the doors of the most immaculate, beautiful and well supplied cottage we have ever stayed in. Lydia and Michael have thought of everything! From collecting fresh eggs, baking beautiful fresh bread in the cottage and visiting, patting and feeding the animals daily, we adored every single second we spent at Fig Tree Farm. The amenities are extraordinary, the cottage is presented to the highest standards, there really is no need to leave and we can’t wait to re-book our next visit and stay put a little more to enjoy every aspect that Fig Tree Farm has to offer. Lydia, Michael and their family made us feel so at home and treated us like family. We adored our evening visits from the “Benny Pigs” (Guinea pigs), they were such a highlight for our little guy and it was a really nice chance to chat to Lydia to learn more about the animals and their beautiful property. Thank you for providing such a beautiful place to stay, we will be back.”

“After a series of consultations with Audra from Chica+co, my 5 month old kelpie is now full of energy while living his best life. I contacted Audra after my then 3 month old pup got sick after eating some Frangipani flower. It threw his gut out, and he was not doing well on a kibble based diet that was full of carbohydrates. We slowly transitioned him to a RAW diet and he is now thriving. Audra is a knowlegable mentor who is easy to communicate with and loves helping her clients be fit and healthy again.”

“I purchased a large Chewproof Bed for my Black Shepherd pup Nadia - she was 6 months old then. She liked it so much she climbed onto it before I could assemble it! Anyhow, it's now the one out back where we spend summer and it is of far better quality and far more stable than the one we still have out front. Easy to assemble and a really high quality product. “The customer service and care at CEN is of the highest quality. They are friendly, helpful and no question is a silly question with prompt replies, whether it be via email or social media. I have only recently started my horse on the CEN diet and so far he is enjoying it so I am looking forward to seeing how this helps with his performance in Endurance next season given he is currently on a break from heavy training. I’ve also put my Cattle x bull Arab dog on the oil and we can already notice a difference in his coat!”

“I was referred to Dr Straw and his team from my cat's usual vet due to a suspected cancer. The process ran quickly and smoothly, and although the results were unfortunately untreatable, BVSC gave me the full spectrum of options, were open and transparent and supportive of my decisions moving forward, and worked collaboratively with her usual vet. If your pet is referred to BVSC, they will receive exceptional service & care. Thank you BVSC. Side note, while I was waiting for my cat to be released following surgery, I happened across an injured juvenile Currawong. I called a number of wildlife rescue centres who could not assist, but BVSC were happy to take the bird in also :)”
