“The girl at reception for the hotel was a fantastic friendly and looked after us.I would recommend staying here and the food at restaurant was good value for money free drinks made it cost effective!”

“Best cattery we have ever used!! Have owned cats all my life and have never found a cattery that cares as much about their guests as Michelle does!! I have been to a few different ones over the years and the very high majority of them won't let you go passed the office area and go into where the cats stay! This always makes me feel very uncomfortable! But not this cattery!! Michelle will actually let you go passed the office area and into where the cats stay. She will even let you put your cat into its room...alot of places won't let you even come close to do doing that! Whenever we drop Max off, the cattery always looks very clean and tidy. And as soon as our Max sees Michelle he instantly starts purring and wants her attention right away. She never hesitates to give him a big cuddle! Max feels so comfortable here with Michelle and this cattery. I can’t recommend them highly enough! They are fantastic!!!”

“From the moment we arrived the staff were so pleasant from the lovely lady checking us in to the cleaning staff on the way out. We were missing a door handle on the bathroom door but it didn’t impact our stay too much. Bed super comfy, complimentary water bottles, lovely big bathroom and great value for money.”

“Family friendly as there is indoor play room as well as outdoor playground. Kids were able to play and let the grownups relax. Also screens for playground and play room so you can keep an eye on kids while in dining area. Service from staff was excellent, very friendly and approachable always smiling which was greatly appreciated. Bought in cake for my son's birthday, they offered to place un fridge until dessert time. Thanks for the amazing service on Sat 17 July for our group that booked last minute :)”

“What I’m assuming was the female on site manager was fantastic, spacious room, great location. Loved that streaming channels were available with your own accounts. Pool was too cold to get in but awesome size, bummed only kids can use the slide though. Would 100% get new cleaners though, and not just because they walk in the room in the morning without knocking while you’re getting changed.”

“My partner and I have been coming to the Log Cabin Camp since 2006. The location is gorgeous. The campground is lovely, but we do not camp. We stay in Rosella Cottage. The accommodation and gardens are lovely…..all very well-tended indeed. During our stays at Log Cabin camp in the early years, the accommodation was somewhat worn and musty. We didn’t mind too much as we came for the beautiful location. Around 10 years ago the current caretakers, David and Margaret, took over the property. Since then they have completely transformed both the gardens and the accommodation. It is now a delight to stay there. The gardens are so peaceful that sometimes we don’t go out to the waterfalls, preferring to have some quiet time at Rosella. Dave and Margie work tirelessly to keep the gardens beautiful, and the accommodation well-decorated and very clean. They have also made amazing improvements in other ways. For instance they have equipped the camp with a drinking-water filter system, a second cottage on the property and a new kitchen in our favourite cottage. Despite their hard work, they always have time for a friendly conversation. They are willing to help with anything. The location, close to Natural Bridge, is perfect for lovely walks with streams and waterfalls everywhere. Thank you, Dave and Margie, for keeping Log Cabin Camp and its cottages so clean, comfortable and welcoming. Our stays at Natural Bridge would not be the same without you! Eve and Caspar”

“Absolutely wonderful place to visit, sometimes you just need to get away and this is the place to do just that, there's plenty of nature and wildlife, from the kangaroos that just hop right past, the cockatoos, the swans and other local birds to the turtles, eels and abundance in fish in the lake. Activity wise, there is so much to do, tennis, mini golf, putt putt, swimming pool, kayaking in the lake and there's even a gaming room. They've really done well to make sure everyone is happy and keeps busy. Really great management.”

“Came through on our way home to stay the night, and was met with friendly and helpful service by the lady (I believe her name was Kim, sorry if I’m wrong) at the “desk”, then went to decide on our campsite from among many excellent spots that were available. Settled near the creek on the right with some reasonably distanced neighbours. Unfortunately, because our trip was very sudden, we didn’t have much in the way of utensils or supplies. Went back to ask for information on where to obtain these in the late afternoon, finding that options were slim on a Sunday. In a rare display of hospitality, the lady from the desk provided us with cooking utensils and enough food for the night, being friendly and empathetic to our situation. Could not believe the generosity. Frosty evening, though it was a winters night, and a few critters getting around the tent in the evening, but about what you’d expect from a bush site. Some of the reviews I read for this place are expecting resort service I swear.. A few portaloos, stocked twice a day from what the neighbours said. Clearly maintained. Also, if you haven’t got a 4wd, be mindful that the track in has a couple of large ditches from people being stuck, so eyes open and you’ll be fine. A great experience. Go in expecting a night in the bush, and you’ll get just that. Happy camping. Love your work Kim.”

“Fantastic location right near the Northcliffe tram station. We are in room 702 and it was a lovely clean two bedroom with views of the river and the ocean. We had a problem with the washing machine overflowing but I found Kara downstairs vacuuming in the lobby and she was an absolute legend helping us. She washed our clothes for us and brought them back. Helped clean up the water and was so helpful. The single beds were quite lumpy and there were no blankets but the aircon was great and it was very clean except for the stove which had a very greasy tray in it - obviously the previous occupant never washed it. Great WiFi too. Secure parking. But the pool is not heated so be aware of that in the colder months. Had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.”

“We have a trades business and have dealt with Harvey and his family for many years. We are also ex residents of the Silverton and loved living there. We have never had an issue with being paid promptly or communicating with Harvey over jobs and have found him and his family to be lovely people. I personally come from a hospitality background with family motels and have worked as a motel manager myself and would not recommend anyone who I thought behaved in an untoward manner.”

“I haven’t come across another training company on the coast that has achieved results with our milo. Milo is a Belgian malinois who was extremely aggressive towards strangers and other dogs. Our life was turned upside down accomodating for him. He had an extensive long term stint in their boarding and training program and he feels like a different dog now after picking him up. I can go on walks and have family over. He’s gotten a lot better with other dogs as well but they’ve said to always keep an eye on him which is understandable. I want to thank them for their amazing work. Milo will always be coming back to you whenever we go on holidays. Omar and the team you are amazing.”
