"I had to call about 10 different hospitals before finally finding an appointment here! Gail found me an appointment, I had to leave right after the call to be able to make it in time so she kindly let me pay for the exam fee when I got there (usually have to pay the exam fee as a deposit for new clients). My little buddy hurt his neck and was in a lot of pain, but now he’s feeling a lot better! So thankful I didn’t need to go to an ER!"
