"Review for the pharmacy. This was my first time visiting Fry's Pharmacy to get medication for my dog. Although I was surprised to find pet medication at a human pharmacy, I was glad they had it. However, I found the customer service to be lacking, but I understand that grocery pharmacies are like that. The employees seemed tired and uninterested, even during midday. I visited the pharmacy at 1 pm to get two different medications for my dog. They said they had one of the meds, but they could only get the second medication the next day. Around 5:30 pm, a lady called me and asked me to pick up my dog's medications at the "Beardsley location" she said. I didn't ask for the address and ended up going to the wrong location 20220 N 59th Ave because the cross streets are 59th Ave and Beardsley when I arrived they told me the only location that could have both meds was 25401 N Lake Pleasant Pkwy but it was almost 6 pm and I would not be able to make it on time before they closed. As a result, I wasted time and gas driving from one place to another and ended up with nothing. The next day, I went back to the same pharmacy 9245 W Union Hills Dr when it opened, and a different lady was at the register. She told me they had both medications in stock, but the second one would expire on April 15. I said I would take it since my dog would finish the medication before the expiration date on March 19. However, the medication expired on March 15, which meant my dog took expired pills for the last three days. I only noticed the label too late. Poor customer service and communication in all locations I visited."

"When will the CEOs of these companies figure out that I do not work for them?!?! I went in the get 3 items I had forgotten earlier in the day for weekly meal prepping. It was 8:15 pm, it took me maybe 5 minutes to get what I was after then a step up to a register. I got a "sorry sir I am closed". So, I step over to the next resister and was told the same thing. I asked where I was to go and was directed to self-checkout. I responded with "I prefer to not use self-checkout" and was just told "sorry". They are open until 10pm and expect customers to do the work for them from 8:20pm until close? No thank you!!"

"It's an okay location. I've gone here fairly consistently over the past few years due to its location being so close to my residence. However just recently I've noticed something very odd about this location. They've gotten rid of their hand held baskets. The aisles are big enough for one cart so using a cart can be highly frustrating here. It's not the end of the world though, Albertson's is across the street maybe they'll have either hand baskets or aisle space lol"

"I just got to say what an awesome experience I had with the Deli Department. The Deli Manager T. And her crew did a fantastic job dealing with my Bulk Food order for an event I am having from start to finish. Such a relief in finding the right company to trust with such an order to help us host this event. For all business owners and events planner, FRYS Deli Department on 91st Ave in union Hills is highly recommended for any catering event. Thanks guys you Rock!!"

"Decent grocery store I pop in here from time to time. This place always seems busy. It's hard to find parking sometimes. But they are clean and well stocked store. The employees are friendly too.
