"Terrible business. My 15 y/o purchased earrings there and the back wouldn’t screw on so he tried to take it back and because he didn’t have a receipt or proof of purchase the owner didn’t allow it. I went back with my son and tried to show the owner the POP and he bluntly said no, and this all happen in about an hour we hadn’t even left the mall.??!!"

"Would give less if I could. Asked if he could replace the battery in my watch and he said he could. Instead he scratched my watch all up because he couldn't get it. Worst customer service ever would highly suggest not coming here ever!!!"
"Worst customer service period. Asked about return policy and the person lied and said 15 days no problem. Sold us a defective watch and then when we went to return it he said he doesn't remember saying that and only had 15 day exchange policy which he failed to disclose. Will never spend a dime in this place again."
