"The manager on duty today 1/1/24 @ 10:50am needs to be fired. Not a single person in the store except for me. I’m waiting for the manager for 10 minutes to help me at the register. The young man at the register couldn’t accept my deposit so we stood there waiting 10 minutes before I took my money & business elsewhere."

"I love this Walgreens! Most everyone is so kind and helpful! I hope as new folks come on board, the professionalism I have seen carries forward. One item of note, please tell your staff to stop putting credit cards in the bag with prescriptions (or at least ask). I almost threw away my credit card because of that practice."

"Today I went into Walgreens store, to their ATM. Someone was in front of me using the ATM and I gave that person space and respect to complete thier transaction. Here comes Karen (Heather) with her condescending, obnoxious attitude, asking if I needed some help. I told Heather that I was waiting for the ATM. Heather mock me by saying "she's waiting for the ATM" like I was lying or if it was a joke to her. I told Heather why would I be standing here...? She proceeded to continue to antagonize me, to the fact that I had to tell her please stop, I'm avoiding you, you seem racist, like an evil Karen and Jesus loves you. . She continued further with her taunting me, it seems like she's done this before to many other customers. I had to call back to the store and speak to a manager to let them know how I was treated and to make sure no one else will be treated like I was treated today."

"Occasionally, I meet a kind, helpful person at this pharmacy; however, other things have happened that make me so grateful it's not my pharmacy! My sister needed a prescription that was ready. She has been very ill with the flu, so I hurried over before they closed for lunch. I made it with seven minutes to spare, but there was a car in front of me. Fortunately, the person only took four minutes, but when I pulled up to the window, the clerk closed the window. I was shocked at the rudeness, so I pulled around and went in. Not a person in sight, not even a cashier. I had been sick also, so I went back to my sister's place and told her I would get it the next day. I showed up the next day as soon as they opened. There was a sign saying that due to unforeseen circumstances, the pharmacy would not be open. This is not the first time this has happened. It is truly shocking to me that this store stays in business. If you can take your business to another Walgreens, you should. If you can go to any pharmacy, try Safeway or Fry's. Shameful"
