"Right before Christmas me. My wife went in and had her wedding ring. Sent out to get repaired to replace a diamond and just a month later. Another diamond falls out. We paid a $150 to make sure all the prongs were tightened and everything. We go back in the store to talk to them and Martha the redhead older woman Was disrespectful to my wife. Telling her that her ring was old. And the gold was falling apart thats why another diamond fell out. Basically, no warranty with the repair they did on iti should have look into it. That's my bad. I go back to them to tell them that I found someone to replaced the diamond for 50 bucks and give us some warranty. And they still brush me off. Buyerbeware do not go here. They will scam you and won't care after they get your money. Customer service is a very below. Average and Martha is ready disrespectful to the customers. I do not recommend buying any jewelry from here."

"I was really happy with them when I purchased some items from them and also they fixed a diamond of mine in my ring and had the prongs looked at. Well a month later I lost a diamond again don’t know if it was the same one but went back to them to tell them what happened and the lady with red hair kept saying and interrupting me, Was that my ring was vintage and old kept downgrading my ring. Irritating as hell. In my eyes poor customer service. Their stuff is fake"

"My husband and I went into Daniel's Jewelers Superstition Springs Mall on November 25th, 2022. We were looking to upgrade our wedding rings after 20 years of marriage. I was very specific with what I wanted. The first thing out of my mouth was I wanted white gold! The rings were to based solely on the white gold selection! When walking in we were greeted by a woman that was new to the jewelry store, so we were also helped by the manager Martha! I was shown many rings all looking to be white gold, and I found one I loved. We then picked a band to go with it and it was beautiful. My husband also found a great ring to flow with my rings and we were set. I thought I got a great deal, and we sent my rings off to be sized and soddered. My husband's ring fit perfect so we left with his that day. On December 4th I went to pick up my new set, it had been soddered, but not sized, so I had to send it back out. Went back in to pick up my set on December 9th, it was a little smaller than when I was sized the first time, but it fit ok and I left with the set. Later noticing that when they had re-soddered, it was now slightly off-set? I live 40 minutes from this location and did not want to drive back, I was going to deal with this minor inconvenience. My husband then lost a diamond out of his ring on January 20th, we had a warranty on all rings, so I took his back on January 22nd. They sent it out to have it fixed and the diamond replaced. On January 28th, I was in the hot tub with friends and went to show off my new set and my wedding ring was BLACK!!! GOLD DOES NOT TURN BLACK??? Went in on the 29th to find out my ring wasn't white gold at all...it was sterling silver. They sold me a sterling silver ring and a white gold band. It looks hideous!!! Above all it was the MANAGER that helped us!!! I explained how upset we were about the situation and I chose a real white gold ring that was efficient, and they proceded to tell me it was going to be another $600 and even more for the new warranty. It is unbelievable that a Jewelry company can get away with selling this kind of trash. I highly recommend not buying ANY jewelry from this company, you will regret it!"

"The old red head (cross eyed) lady was highly disrespectful to me and I wasn’t even in the store I was out at the cellular phone case store. My daughters were laughing and playing while looking at the phone cases and this lady walked all the way out of her store to tell me “I need to discipline them”. FOR LAUGHING!?! Are you serious? She then proceeded to tell me she was going to call security on me for not doing anything about them. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE BECAUSE OF HER. Again this lady walked ALL THE WAY OUT OF HER OWN STORE TO TELL ME HOW TO PARENT MY KIDS FOR LAUGHING!!!! Unbelievable!!!"

"I have bought multiple things from this location 2 wedding rings, wedding band, watches and necklaces. The manager that is a woman is awesome she really knows what she’s talking about. I only have a problem with the regional manager he was very rude to my husband and I. My first ring I bought here within 2 months started to break and I was told it was a manufacturer error and they the warranty I bought would maybe fix it. I really liked the first ring I bought but I didn’t want to risk it breaking again and losing the center stone so I ask if I could trade it for the same value of another ring. With asking if I could get another ring of the value I had to wait over 2 weeks to hear from the regional manager and he finally agreed. He was very rude and unprofessional and acted like he didn’t have time for me. So I went to the store and gave back the broken ring and got another ring. This is one of many things that has happened with this company. I really wanted the 1 1/4 Lab grown diamond and they only offered to mark it down 300 dollars for all 5 of the major problems with Daniels. 300 dollars felt like a slap to the face. I was about to buy it but then it was still to high of a price to deal with Daniels again. Daniels lost 2 life long customers."
