"Took my boy Appa here to get a nice bath. Liz was super helpful and had great customer service and she was very transparent with everything and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. He came home smelling wonderful and was super soft."
"Safe Haven yeah right!!! If I could give less then 1 star I would! This is for sure the absolute worst groom my dog has ever received, I should have known when I entered and things looked dirty, the front door was even disgusting and needed a wipe down from a bleach wipe, the owner seemed nice, which made me think, ok if her grooming is as great as the pictures she posted on her site, it will be ok, well it was the opposite, my dog returned with 2 wounds 1 on her neck & 1 inside her ear, when I got home I looked a bit closer & noticed the groom was so choppy and uneven I was in shock!!!! I should call my credit card company and stop the transaction. I will never return to this groomer, all I can say is please check into your groomers credentials, they aren’t regulated. Also her on line form asks about rabies but she never asked to see the actual shot records, what about bordetella, there are other shots she should require. I hope she reads this review and makes an effort to be better in the future so no other dog has to suffer!"
"Love the new ownership! Very friendly and my pit/lab mix loved her. Needed a bath and nails trimmed. He was not anxious like he has been elsewhere so I felt very comfortable!!! Thank you!"
