"Me and my family leave on 17 acres a land each have our own mailbox and they keep putting all our mail in one box and I’ll go weeks without getting my mail because other family members get it in the mailbox and don’t say anything I’ve told the mail carrier twice to stop putting my mail in other peoples boxes there’s a reason why we all have separate mailboxes if I wanted my mail with there’s I wouldn’t have put my own mailbox up I’ve been twice behind on bills because I never get it because they put it in my other family mailboxes it’s rediclious there all right beside each other how hard is it to put everyone’s mail in there own mailboxes"

"Not only did my package arrive absolutely soaked and falling apart (it hadn’t rained here all day and I got to it not even 20 min after it delivered ), my items were smashed to pieces. When I called I wasn’t even able to get past the automated system to talk to anyone was given a generic message saying my order didn’t show insurance and therefore they aren’t liable. This isn’t the first problem with them. My packages are constantly placed in the most ridiculous places (usually majorly damaged) WHEN WE HAVE A FRONT SCREENED IN PORCH. Instead they put it by our garbage cans or in our back yard on the old rotting steps?? Ridiculous."

"Perfect Little Small Town Post Office with Great Service. Every time I have had to go into the post office, I have experienced excellent customer service and extremely patient clerks. Right now with all the negative in the world and especially with the busiest time of the year and the greatest pressure on the service, I felt like these ladies needed a little public praise. After all, if your "gifts" do not arrive on time, is it really their fault, especially if you waited until the week before Christmas? I mean, you knew Christmas was coming last Christmas, same time every year. That being said, please be aware, you cannot save your label and have them print it there in this Fort Payne Post Office. If you pay online and expect to have them print the label, you will have to rebuy the service at the post office and then request a refund via online for your online purchase. And to that note, they are responsive with your requests and refunds. So lighten up,"

"Refuse to deliver parcels to my address, because they cannot turn around in my driveway. I make 3 point turns in my driveway everyday. I also get deliveries everyday from UPS and FedEx in trucks 3 times the size of the USPS vehicle. Constantly misdeliver mail to me and friends and family. Worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They do whatever they want and are totally incompetent"
